At Velnoradesign, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing timeline, delivery timeframe, shipping coverage, shipping fees, order cancellation terms, and how we handle shipping-related issues.
1. Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are generally not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
3. Shipping Destination
Velnoradesign currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required, and no additional standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
5. Remote Area Surcharge
We do not charge any remote area surcharge. Eligible U.S. delivery addresses receive the same standard shipping policy.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
7. Tracking and Logistics Exceptions
After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so that you can monitor the delivery progress. If your shipment experiences a delay, tracking issue, or logistics exception, our team will actively follow up on the shipping status.
If the shipment remains in an abnormal status for more than 3 days, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 1 day after confirming the issue.
8. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including the recipient’s name, shipping address, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided when the order is placed.
